ZTS Microwave factory was established in 2002, Shanghai China, has been specializing in attenuator chips, power resistors, attenuators & terminations up to 67GHz. In 2006 ZTS Technologies was created in Shenzhen as an independent marketing centre to develop international business. With the expansion of engineer team, power dividers up to 50GHz, couplers up to 40GHz, isolators & circulators up to 40GHz, filters up to 40GHz, DC blocks from 9KHz to 26.5GHz and coaxial detectors up to 18GHz, cable assemblies up to 67GHz were launched to meet the market demand, all with higher cost performance.

Prices are exclusive of any other taxes and or fees resulting from purchase of the ZTS RF products. Prices are FOB SHENZHEN unless otherwise agreed upon in writing. Prices do not include any freight, insurance, duties, taxes, or extra fees unless specifically quoted and agreed to. Unless otherwise specified, all prices are valid for a period of 60 days and is subject to change without advance notification.

Payment Terms

1) For new customers or those who without established account, payment must be 100% in advance or before shipment.
Net 30 is only available to those who have purchased $20,000.00 from us with good credit. Orders with special price doesn’t apply to Net 30, ZTS will indicate when quotation is provided.
Bank handling fees $35.00 is required for international order, or customers could choose to bear all the bank charge.

Shipments

1) All quotations are based on FOB Shenzhen, China. Shipping or freight charges, insurance and custom fees will be on customer's account.

2) All International orders are shipped by carriers designated by the buyer or arranged by supplier.

3) All delivered products would be shipped in appropriate packing to withstand the shipment process and arrive in good working order.

4) Estimated Delivery Time refers to the ship date, instead of receiving date of the goods.

5) Fast delivery:
1 week ARO for fixed attenuators, fixed terminations, DC Block.
3-4 weeks ARO for coaxial detectors, power dividers/combiner box, filters, couplers etc.

Minimum Order Quantity/Value

We do not have a minimum order quantity or value.

Limited Warranty

ZTS warrants all purchased product against defects in materials and workmanship under normal use by the customer/end user for a period of 1 year from the date of purchase. If a product defect arises and a valid RMA request is received by ZTS within 1 YEAR from the date of purchase, ZTS will either repair the damaged product at no charge, using parts that are equivalent to new in performance and reliability, or exchange the damaged product with a product that is equivalent to new in performance and reliability and is at least functionally equivalent to the original product. A replacement product assumes the remaining warranty of the original product or 60 days from the date of replacement or repair, whichever provides longer coverage for the customer/end user.

Buyers’ Property

(a) All drawings, tools, jigs, dies, fixtures,materials, and other items supplied or paid for by Buyer shall be and remain the property of Buyer;

(b) All such items shall be used only in the performance of work under this Purchase Order unless Buyer consents otherwise in writing.

(c) Material made in accordance with Buyer’s specifications and drawings shall not be furnished or quoted by Seller to any other person or concern without Buyer’s prior written consent.

(d) Seller shall have the obligation to maintain any and all property furnished by Buyer to Seller and shall be responsible for all loss or damage to said property except for normal wear and tear.
